Calling All Triangle Brides

emDOTzee will be a stationery vendor at Bass Lake Park‘s Wedding Show in Holly Springs this Sunday. We’ve been busy preparing for the show this week and would like to give you a sneak peek of what we’ve been working on.

Think these notecards are cute? Come by our booth to get a complimentary set and see samples of our stationery designs in person. These notecards feature swirling black designs printed on a cream linen paper.

And yes, there will be door prizes! emDOTzee has entered this set of thank you cards to be given away. They feature blue swirls printed on white linen paper with matching blue envelopes.

We also designed these handouts that will be in the bridal gift bags given out when you arrive. Wondering who Orangerie Events is? Well come to our booth, look to the left, and you will meet Priscilla with Orangerie Events at the next table over. You will be getting to know Priscilla a lot better starting next month. emDOTzee and Orangerie will begin a buddy blog called “Two Scoops” starting April 1st. So check back next week to see what it’s all about!

Save the Date for Your Summer Wedding

Spring has arrived and emDOTzee is busy! If your wedding is this summer, you may want to let your guests know to save your wedding date. You can send out your save-the-dates 3 months prior, 6 months prior or how ever far in advance you feel your guests need to be notified. Check out these summer save-the-dates that we’ve been working on lately. Featured are 3 different formats: a save-the-date card with matching accommodations card, a save-the-date card backed with gold metallic card stock, and a vintage-theme save-the-date postcard.

Check back soon to see some of the invitations and programs we’ve been working on for our Spring brides.

Find Your Inspiration 1

This first bride was inspired by her full lace wedding dress and her blue and yellow flower scheme. She chose to use a blue lace graphic paired with a yellow backing paper. The reversed blue RSVP postcard added flare to her elegant stationery.

The next bride was inspired by the blue and yellow lace stationery because she too planned to use the same flowers. She asked to change the lace graphic to blue hydrangeas to coordinate with her own wedding and kept the yellow backing paper and blue RSVP postcard to match.

No matter what your color scheme or inspiration, emDOTzee uses your ideas to create unique stationery just for your wedding. Just let us know what inspires you and we will put it on paper.

Giving Back

This year emDOTzee was blessed with the opportunity of lending a helping hand to the Me Fine Foundation Purse Gala, which benefits parents and caregivers who have children being treated at Duke and UNC Children’s Hospitals. Me Fine Foundation is non-profit organization that provides the necessary resources to help these families with the ongoing expenses of treating their sick children. emDOTzee was asked to design the tent cards to display with the Purse Gala auction items. It was our absolute pleasure to give back with our time and service to help add a finishing touch to the auction table. We hope to be an even bigger part of the event in the coming years!

Ribbon and Bows

emDOTzee has had several requests for wedding invitations with ribbon, so we thought it was about time to show off a couple examples we have designed lately. Both of these samples feature a colored backing stock that is attached to the invitation with ribbon at the top. We can create all the pieces for you to do-it-yourself to save money or you can hire us to assemble and tie all the bows for you.
