Dark Purple Elegant Scrollwork Wedding Invitations

These elegant wedding invitations feature dark purple scrollwork throughout the stationery suite. The invitation includes a large round scroll pattern coming in from the top of the card with champagne and purple text. The RSVP card uses the full scroll as an emblem around the reply by date. The accommodations card features a portion of the scroll mimicking a damask pattern along the bottom of the card. Multicolor Formal Script & Scroll Pocketfold Wedding Invitations

This bride came to use wanting formal wedding invitations with a modern twist. Her bridesmaids were wearing all different fall-colored dresses, and she wanted to incorporate all of these tones into her wedding invitations. To do so, we created formal pocketfold wedding invitations with most of the text in a fancy, swirl script font.  The metallic brown pocketfold and metallic tan envelopes satisfied two of her colors, and different portions of the writing and the border and scroll graphic filled the rest of her color palette, including navy blue, hunter green, eggplant purple, and burnt orange. The pocket held several enclosure cards, including an RSVP card with metallic tan envelope, rehearsal dinner card, reception card, and parking information card. We also designed coordinating ceremony programs for her wedding with an illustration of the Duke Chapel in brown and all the text in her other wedding colors.

Formal Red, Black & White Monogrammed Wedding Invitations and Day-of Stationery

It was such a pleasure working with this bride and her wedding planner, Priscilla of Orangerie Events, to create such a cohesive look for the wedding stationery, from save-the-dates and invitations to reception stationery and thank you cards. These formal wedding invitations feature a red backing, monogrammed vellum cover, and black ribbon. The red monogram is carried onto the RSVP card, and the accommodations card includes the same red and black fonts as the wedding invitation. The large red monogram is a focal point for this stationery suite and included on the day-of stationery, including reception menus with red backing, signature drink signs, and monogrammed note cards to use for thank you cards. This suite also includes photo save-the-date cards, table numbers and tented escort cards with red backing.

Fancy Black Script & Scroll Wedding Invitations with Black Linen Backing

These formal black letterpress wedding invitations feature a fancy script font and scroll in black ink on ecru cotton with black linen backing. The invitation is accompanied by matching reception card, response card, and map card with parking instructions. You may remember this bride’s formal black and cream save-the-date card featured in an earlier blog post, using the same script font and black linen backing.

We also created matching booklet¬†ceremony programs featuring the same fancy black script and scroll, printed digitally on cream linen card stock with black ribbon strung through the spine. The program included a front cover with four inside pages for the wedding party, ceremony order, in memory section and thank you, followed by the reception information and the couple’s new address on the inside back cover.

We no longer offer letterpress printing, but can recreate these invitations with flat, digital printing on textured linen card stock.
