Completely personalized for this bride, these patterned wedding invitations feature a charcoal gray leafy, floral swirl pattern behind a dark purple abstract shaped frame. White text pops off against the dark purple background, including a poem written by the couple at the top of the invitation. A dark gray band of color runs across the middle of the invitation, and a reversed dark purple band runs across the matching RSVP card. A custom information card including a watercolor drawing of the couple created by the bride along with another poem asking their guests not to bring gifts completed this stationery suite. A dark purple belly band wrapping the three cards together included “Mr. & Mrs.” and the wedding date.

This wedding stationery suite is full of fun shapes and borders with a dark purple and gold floral swirl pattern and monogram. The wedding invitation is framed with a gold background and purple floral swirls. The fun shape of the frame adds personality to the design. The matching RSVP card has the pattern reversed with a purple background and gold floral swirls. A small, square information card accompanies the suite with the framed patter just along the top of the card. We used the same shapes and patterns to design matching ceremony programs, reserved signs and table numbers. We also used a variation of the shape, added dots and a single letter monogram for a coordinating rehearsal dinner invitation.

FUN FRIDAY: Mango Pattern with Ganesh Indian Wedding Invitations
This groom came to us needing custom wedding invitations for his Indian wedding. He knew he wanted to incorporate three traditional Indian wedding colors of gold, red, and green along with a Mango pattern and a Ganesh symbol at the top. For a rich look, we included a dark red and gold paisley pattern as a background behind the white and green framed invitation text. Because he needed to provide more information to his guests traveling from the US to India, we added a back side to the card with reversed colors. We wanted to make sure the front stood out with a design on the back to compliment it, so the the Mango paisley pattern was switched to red and white.

Looking for fun yet sophisticated, this bride chose a black floral damask pattern, fun shaped border and dark purple accents in a black pocketfold for her stylish wedding invitations. The theme continued on the details, rehearsal dinner and RSVP cards that lined up in the pocket, as well as the tag for the front of the pocket with the couple’s names and wedding date. We also created matching day-of stationery, including tall & thin two-sided ceremony programs and tented escort cards with meal icons for the guests’ entrée selections.

This bride wanted a fun way to use her traditional colors of gold and burgundy. So we created a beautiful floral and swirl damask pattern and a fun-shaped frame to go over it. These damask wedding invitations feature a gold and burgundy floral pattern used as a background behind the white framed invitation wording. The RSVP coordinates with the same damask pattern in inverse colors.
