Rather than a tropical destination, these boarding pass wedding invitations were created for a travel themed wedding in Minnesota. The airline ticket invitations and luggage tag RSVPs included a light blue map of the USA with red heart on the destination, and gray text with blue and red accents. They were enclosed in a light blue folder, which featured a world map on the front, and the USA map on the inside pocket. Additional wedding information was also printed on the inside top flap of the folder.
To first set the tone for the wedding, we created travel themed save-the-date postcards with a light blue background and pink USA map with red heart on the front, and blue map of Minnesota with red heart on the back with gray airplane accents.
Bringing together two cultures, these Indian fusion themed wedding invitations featured vibrant colors, and bold swirls & scrolls with colored backgrounds. The invitation and wedding details cards included a rich navy blue background, with teal, purple and gold paisley, swirls & dots, and white text with gold Asian-inspired script accents. The RSVP and accommodations cards were reversed with teal background and navy in the paisley and dots. All four cards stacked up and were wrapped with a navy blue paper belly band, including the couple’s names, wedding date, and Beloved quote, with teal swirl & dot accents.
Summery pastels add a romantic elegance to these mountain sunset themed wedding invitations, with 3 variations of gray in the mountain range, blush pink and peach leaves with a gray trunked tree in the foreground, and a fading blush and peach sunset in the background. A light blue accent color completes the look with large fancy script names across the horizontal invitation. The gray mountains and peach sunset carries over to the RSVP card with blue script accents. A smaller directions card includes a smaller portion of the colorful tree and gray mountaintops with fading sunset.
To personalize the invitations even further, the couple requested a photo collage of their favorite engagement portraits on the back, which we added to with a peach and blush gradient border to match the sunset.
Combining multiple themes, these custom wedding invitations feature a large pink magnolia flower with a gold bird sitting on the leaf, and dark brown text with a light gold Chinese double happiness symbol in the background. The matching RSVP card includes the pink magnolia along the bottom with brown text, and the RSVP date in gold. Both cards were printed on upgraded linen cardstock to add texture, elegance and depth to the unique design.
These cruise ticket wedding invitations feature a dark blue crab and swirls with lighter blue watermarked stripes in the background, and red and yellow accents. The luggage tag RSVP card features the same swirls and stripes, and offers guests three response options – to attend the wedding and cruise, the wedding only, or decline both. The boarding pass invitation and luggage tag were enclosed in a metallic white gold pocket folder with a black crab on the front. The inside of the folder included printed information about the cruise itinerary, as well as a poem by Edgar Allan Poe.
Fun and modern, these custom wedding invitations feature a starry night sky fading from blue to purple with crescent moon and shooting stars. A black silhouette of a stargazing couple sits on a hill below. An “Eat, Drink and be Married” tagline sets the tone in large modern fonts at the top with a swirly scroll divider before the invitation text in multiple white fonts and sizes for a poster style look. The coordinating RSVP postcard features the starry sky and seated couple along with a conversation bubble asking “Can we get a Witness?”, and RSVP date on the front. The back of the postcard includes cute response options, and pre-printed address. We also designed matching folding thank you cards with a “Thank You!’ conversation bubble.
