These formal wedding invitations with a peacock blue swirly script font and metallic antique gold backing are perfect for a traditional bride looking for a modern twist . The blue modern script font continues onto matching menus and ceremony programs as well. To set the tone, we created coordinating save-the-date cards with a peacock blue background, antique gold backing, the same modern fonts and an accent of pink.

These pocketfold wedding invitations feature a floral pattern with black vines and purple flowers. The invitation is backed with a dark purple mat and added to a metallic silver pocketfold. The pocket holds 3 cards including an RSVP postcard, details cards and directions card. The front of the pocketfold is adorned with a square tag with dark purple mat showing the couple’s names and wedding date along with the floral pattern. We also designed matching save-the-date cards with a dark purple mat, folding thank you cards and a poster-sized seating chart for their reception.

FUN FRIDAY: Cruise Boarding Pass Wedding Invitations
Our airline ticket wedding invitations have been a hit, and now we’d like to introduce cruise ticket wedding invitations. This bride fell in love with our airline tickets, but wanted to modify the concept into cruise ship boarding passes for her destination wedding. This boarding pass invitation features blue swirls with fuchsia accents and an illustration of a cruise ship. The matching RSVP card is in a luggage tag format with the same swirls. They are enclosed in a white gold metallic pocket folder that lists the cruise itinerary and reservation information.

These love bird wedding invitations feature a royal blue leafy tree with two silver birds sitting on a branch. The royal blue and gray ink shimmers with the white metallic paper as a background, giving the illusion of silver and blue metallic ink.

FUN FRIDAY: Nautical Baby Photo Save the Dates
These gatefold save-the-date cards feature the couple’s baby pictures on the front panels, which open to an engagement portrait inside. Getting married at a yacht club, this couple wanted to set the tone for their wedding with a nautical themed save the date. Navy and white stripes adorn the bottom of the card with a pink background and white dots surrounding the engagement photo. A pink and white rope knot and rope font complete the nautical theme with cute wording about the couple “tying the knot.”
This custom stationery suite features a black floral vine pattern with red accents. The invitations include the flower pattern as a full border with the coordinating RSVP card, featuring cute meal icons, and double-sided information card with the pattern across the bottom. The first introduction of the black pattern was as a full background on their photo save-the-dates cards, which you may remember from an earlier blog post. We also carried the same pattern, fonts and colors to the day-of stationery, including ribbon ceremony programs, table numbers and place cards with the same meal icons as the RSVP cards.

These pocketfold wedding invitations feature the couple’s names in a large chartreuse script font diagonally in the top left corner and an ornate black scrollwork pattern mimicking damask across the bottom of the invitation. The metallic black pocketfold was mailed in a chartreuse green envelope to match the ink on the invitations. The pocket holds an RSVP postcard and details card with additional information about accommodations and directions. A third card with rehearsal and rehearsal dinner information was added to the pocketfolds going to the couple’s immediate family and wedding party.

This bride was in search for traditional wedding invitations with a punch of color, so we designed custom invitations featuring traditional wording and text on white linen stock with a turquoise script font, metallic lagoon blue backing card stock and hot pink ribbon bow. The traditional response card features the same lagoon blue accents with a thin border. To add some flare, we designed custom pink patterned envelope liners to insert in the invitation envelopes. For her ceremony, we designed matching programs with the same traditional fonts, turquoise accents and hot pink ribbon bow.
